That time-honored tradition of Eugene’s neighborhood associations marching in the Eugene Celebration Parade is happening again!

On August 23, neighborhood associations will march, dance, ride and trot at the front of the parade. Heather Sielicki (chair of Southeast Neighbors) is organizing neighbors to celebrate their neighborhoods and walk, carry banners and signs, or just wave to adoring onlookers. Sign up here.

We’re also offering a few spaces in a pedi-cab for those who prefer not to walk the route. Please contact Heather or Rene Kane ( / 541-682-6243) by August 16 @ 5:00 p.m. to reserve your spot. Here’s how much fun you had last year!

Over 50 of you paraded last year wearing neighborhood and rainbow-hued t-shirts, costumes and great hats.  Can you top that? ‑ We know you can!!! Sign up here.
